J The subject Task Order expired on August 31,1994, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending comp 8etion of all xquired c'oseout requirements, !t is necessary to deocligste excess funds remair,ing under Task Order No.1 for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amcunt obligated by the Commission with rospect to Task Order No.1 by

Paragraph 3 of the definitization lett6r dated, February 18,1994, is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu therec! the following:
