Modification No.1 to Task Order No. 4 Under Contract No. NRC-26 94-262
Dear Mr. Hogg:
The subject Task Order expired on September 30,1996, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closoout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No. 4 for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obilgated by the Commission with respect to Task Order No. 4 by
$572.95 from $25,97S.00 to $24,403.05.
Accordingly, Task Order No. 4 is hereby revised as follows:
Para,raph 3 of the definitization letter dated, January 19,1996, is deleted in its entirsty and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The obligated amount of this task order is $24,403.05."

This modification deobilgates FY 96 funds in the amount of ($572.95).

Please indicate your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document. You should retain one fully executed copy for your files, and return two copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the Pte of this letter.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Division of Coatracts and Property Management Office of Administration CLOSEOUT, MS T-712 Washington, D.C. 20555 in addition, please complete the enclosed Property Certification form as well as the reports required by the clauses on the contract related to Patents, Copyrights and Royalties and return them ts the above mentioned address. If negative reports are appropriate, statements to ihat effect are required.
You are also requested to complete the enclosed forms regarding Final Release, General Assignments and Certification of proceeds from refunds, rebates, credits and other amounts as required by the contract.
When the final cost determination has been made, you will be notified and asked to submit your finalinvoice.
