2 NRC44-94-053, Modification No. 21 The purpose of this modificaten is (1) to modify the contract to authorize DOE to purchase a MicroVAX 3100 server, and (2) to fully fund option year 2 in the amount of $4,817. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
- 1) Subsection H.3, "Govemment Equipment /Propetty (JUNE 1988)," is modified to delete "One Compaq Server" and to replace it with "One MicroVAX 3100 server."
- 2) Under Subsection B.4,
- CONS'DERATION AND OBLIGATION---COST PLUS' FIXED FEE (JUN 1988)," paragraph (c) is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following in lieu thereof:
