Modification No.1 to Task Order No.1 Under Contract No. NRC-26-94-267
Dear Mr Nock:
i The subject Task Order expired on April 12,1995, and we are initiating closeout action.
However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under Task Order No.1 for other immediate agency requirements Therefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission with respect to Task Order No.1 by $6,079.07 from
$48,347.84 to $42,268.77. The deobligation amount does not include that part of the fixed fee not yet paid and still owed to you under the task order.
Accordingly, Task Order No.1 is hereby revised as follows:
Paragraph 4 of the definitization letter dated, April 26,1994, is deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:
"The total amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order is $42,268.77, of which $39,563.52 represents the estimrted reimbursable costs and $2,765.25 represents the fixed fee."

4 Contract No. NRC-26 94-267 Task Order No.1 Modification No.1 Page 2 of 3 This modification deobligates FY 94 funds in the amount of ($6,079.07).
All other terms and conditions, inc!uding the task order ceiling amount of $48,347.84 and the fixed fee amount of $3,162.94 remains unchanged.
Please indicata your acceptance of this task order modification by having an official who is authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document. You should retain one fully executed copy for your files, and return two copies to the address below within ten (10) days from the date of this letter.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission Division of Contracts and Property Management Office of Administration CLOSEOUT, MS T-712 Washington, D.C. 20555 in addition, please complete the enclosed Property Certification form as well as the reports required by the clauses on the contract related to Patents, Copyrights and Royalties and return them to the above mentioned address, if negative reports are appropriate, statements to that effect are required.
You are also requested to complete the enclosed forms regarding Final Release, General Assignments and Certification of proceeds from refunds, rebates, credits and other amounts as required by the contract.
When the final cost determination has been made, you will be notified and asked to submit your final invoice.
