MCEl-0400-47 Page 2 of 21 Revision 14 McGuire 2 Cycle 12 Cere Operating Limits Report IMPLEMENTATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR REVISION 14 Revision 14 to the McGuire Unit 2 COLR is being performed to update the Refueling Water Storage Tank minimum contained borated water volumes associated with Technical Specifications 3.1.2.5 and 3.1.2.6. The change in vorated water volumes is being performed in response to the Technical Specification amendment request (dated October 13,1997) which is changing the ESF trip setpoint for FW automatic switchover to recirculation. This COLR update shall not be implemented prior to the Technical Specification Amendment is approved, and it is confirmed that the RWST additional margin of 23,500 gallons proposed in the Technical Specification amendment for calculating tank volume requirements to maintain SDM in modes 1-4 and 5-6 is unchanged. This revision also correc.s a nnsspelling of the word " unacceptable" in Figure 1.
