discussions with the NRC staff concerning their opinions on the scope and methodology of the dollar /
man-rem rule making proceeding. The proposed list j
represents a diversity of interests so that a cross-section of opinion can be obtained from these discussions. The list is drawn in part from groups that participated in the Appendix I rule making
