On November 24, 1997, Ohngo Gaudadeh Devia submitted Contentions regarding the Materials License Application of Private Fuel Storage in an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation. Due to errors by the undersigned, an Exhibit was inadvertently omitted as well as misnamed on the Exhibit list. In addition, the Contentions included a typing error.
Ohngo Gaudadeh Devia therefore submits the enclosed errata to conect these errors and omiss;ons and to clarify the record.

Exhibit Two which is identified as APPENDIX: ORGANIZATIONAL FORESIGHT AND Tile EXXON OIL SPILL A Report from Freedenberg and Associates, Middleton, Wisconsin should be identined as ORGANIZATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF LONG TERM RISKS:
IMPLICATIONS FOR RISK AND SAFETY IN Tile TRANSPORTATION OF NUCLEAR WASTES by Freudenberg and Associates.

On page 1, in the Hrst paragraph under Contentions the first sentence should read:
"The license application poses undue risk to public health and safety becaus-it lacks sufficient provisions for prevention of and recovery from accidents during storage resulting from such causes as sabotage, fire. cask drop and bend, lid drop damage and/or improper welds.
We regret the errors and omissions and respectfully request that this errata be appended to the Contentions in order to clarify our position.
