The Comission has considered the infomation provided by the staff on the broad question of nuclear medicine regulation.

f TheTommission believes the importance of this question requires that it be given higher priority by the staff.
In this regard, the Commission requests that the staff furnish the Comission, not later
' than February 16, 1977, a concrete plan that will bring this question to the Commission for decision not later than June 1, 1977.
This guidance supplements that provided by memo on this subject dated December 8, 1976.
