CONFIRMATION OF UPCOMING NRC INSPECTION AT YOUR FACILITY
Dear Mr. Bell:
This letter confirms the dates of March 2-6,1998, for the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff to conduct an inspection of the Nucleer Logistics, Inc. (NLl) facility in Fort Worth, Texas.
These dates were confirmed in a telephone conversation an February 12,1998, between you and Mr. Kamalakar Naidu of this office.
The inspection will relate to the implementation of your quality assurance program that you have established to control services related to the refurbishment of 480 Volt circuit breakers. In addition, the inspectors will review the qualification of GNB batteries for installation in nuclear
- power plants. In order that we may obtain the necessary support from your staff to conduct our inspection effectively, we request you make every effort to ensure that you and other cognizant members of NLI staff are present for the inspection.
