Stier of his investigation of TMI-2 Leak Rate Testing. Mr. Stier has now provided us with a letter advising of an error in the witness statements included in Volume VI (E).

Dear Mr. Clark:
This is to advise you that one of the witness statements contained in the above report has been incorrectly identified in. Volume VI (E) and in the List of Witness Statements (Volume III (B), Table 3).
The statement identified as that of Harold Hartman dated September 12, 1979, and described as "NRC Transcript of Special Inquiry Group Interview" is, in fact, a portion of a Hartman transcript of October 29, _1979.
We did not have the Hartman statement of September 12, 1979, and therefore it was not included in our report.
Please forward a copy of this letter to those who have previously received a copy of our report.
