This Quality Assurance Program is limited to the shipment of 2" Plutonium Beryllium neutron sources in Model DOT 6M packaging from Southeastem Oklahoma State University to the United States Department of Energy, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Los Alamos, New Mexico.
