l FARLEY IMPROVED TS REVIEW COMMENTS SECTION 3.7 - PLANT SYSTEMS (By ITS Section) 3.7.1.1 ITS LCO 3.7.1 DOC 4L and 4aL Comment: In the licensee's submittal, these changes are identified as a beyond-scope change. The licensee should review approved TSTF-235 Rev.1 and revise, as appropriate, the ITS and the Bases before review of this issue is pursued as a beyond-scope change.
