DRAFT FULL POWER OPERATING LICENSE HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) has reviewed the draft full power license received f rom the NRC via letter dated June 25, 1986 (E. Adensam, NRC to C. A. McNeill, PSE&G) and hereby provides the following comments:

License Item 2.C.(3); Turbine System Maintenance Program PSE&G requests that this license condition be removed at the time that the full power license is issued for Hope Creek Generating Station, based upon the Hope Creek Turbine System Maintenance Program submittal to the NRC dated July 7, 1986 (C.
