insert a comma at the end of line 4 (following the word "and") in section 2.2.4 - Fpblished Information, page 2-2.
e insert the words "or to" following " power" at the end of line 6 on page 2-5 (section 2.4.3 - Analysis of Anticompetitive Behavior).
change " proscribed" to " prescribed" in line 3 of e
section 4.3.2 - Compliance Investigations, page 4-3.

The Commission also approved the postponement of the issuance of the final " Standard Review Plan on Power Reactor Licensee Financial Qualifications and Decommissioning Funding Assurance" (NUREG 1577).
However, NUREG 1577 should be issued coincident with publication of the final rule on decommissioning funding assurance.
