VA 22090 SUBJECl: MODIflCATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 28 ENTITLED " TECHNICAL BASIS FOR LICENSE RENEWALS" UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003 The purpose of this modification is to: (1) revise the deliverable date for the submittal of a draft letter report under Task 2A and (2) provide incremental funding in the amount of $30.000, thereby increasing the obligated amount from $108.000 to $138.000.
An extension to the previously scheduled delivery date for a draft report required under Task 2A is necessitated due to the contractor not having adequate funds to continue work under this task, and therefore unable to prepare and submit a draft letter report.
Under Section 6.0 entitled "DEllVERABLES/ SCHEDULE AND/0R MILESTONES." of the Statement of Work to the subject task order, the paragraph entitled " Task 2--Definition of the Areas of Regulatory Concern." subparagraph A.. the delivery date for the submittal of an outline, in a draft letter report, is revised from " October 31, 1997" to " December 31. 1997."
In accordance with Section G.4(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order Award." this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to the subject task order.
