I approve the issuance of the final " Standard Review Plan for Antitrust Reviews."
I also approve the postponement of issuing the final' Standard Review Plan on Power Reactor Licensee Financial Qualifications and Decomissioning Funding Assurance" (NUREG-1577). The final Standard Review Plan on NUREG-1577 should, however, be issued coincident with the issuance of the final rule on decomissioning funding assurance.
