Dear Dr. Khatib Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through December 31, 1998.
Task Order No. 4 is hereby modified as follows:
-l Paragraph three of modification no. 4 dated March 31, 1997 1s deleted in its entirety and rcplaced with the follcwing:
"The period of performance for Task Order No. 4 is May 2.1995 through December 31, 1998."
A summary of obligations for this task order. from award date through the date
-of this modification is given below:
