Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 7 entitled,
" Reimbursable Work Procedures and WorLMp" under Contract No.
NRC-09-94-202 This is to confir7 verbal authorization provided to you on January 30, 1998, by Carolyn A. Cooper of my staff, to ccntinue performing the work under the subject task order beyond the expiration date, January 31, 1998. The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject task order from Ja.luary 31, 1998 to March 31, 1998, at no extr6 cost to the Government. Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph, first sentence, as stated in the basic task order, beginning with " Task Order No. 7 shall . . . . ", is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 7 shall be in effect August 1.1997 throuch March 31. 1998."
This modification obligates no funds. No increase in the ceiling anount of the subject task order relative to this modification shall be required.
The issuance of this task order modification dcas not amend any others terms or conditions of the subject contract.
