The Commission was briefed by the NRC staff on Risk-Informed initiatives. The Nuclear Energy Institute and Union of Concerned Scientists also provided comments. There were no staff requirements as a result of the Commission Briefing. The Commission will provide comments in the context of notation vote paper SECY-98-300, Options for Risk-informed Revisions to 10 CFR Part 50 ' Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities.'"
