Modification No. 5 t.o Task Order No. 215 entitled, " Licensing Computer Code Catalog" under NRC-03-95-026 The purpose of this modification is to increase the level of effort in the task order in accordance with the Contractor's letter dated October 9, 1997, increase the contract ceiling amount in the task order by $75,544.00, from
$393,067.00 to $468,611.00 and increase the amount obligated in the task order by $100,218.00, from $368,393.00 to $468,611.00. Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The second paragraph, second sentence, as modified in Modification No. 2, beginning with "The total cost ceiling... ", is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"The total cost ceiling is $468,61),00. The amount of $447,560.00 represents the reimbursable costs and the amount of $21,051.00 represents the fixed fen."
This task order modification obligates funds in the amount of $100,218.00.
