Modification No. 2 to Task Order No. 15 under Contract No. NRC-04 95-065 The purpose of this modification is to (1) add within scope wor k to the Statement of Work as per the attached page and in accordance with the contractor's technical proposal dated 11/10/97 and (2) add incremental funding in the amount of $25.000.
This is in accordance with the verbal authorization, given on 11/10/97, to begin the travel to Chicago, IL, on 11/11/97, with a temporary ceiling not to exceed $1.407.
1he ceiling amount for this task order is increased by $19.999, from $125,528 to
$145,527. all of which represents the reimbursable costs. The obligated amount for this task order is increased by $25,000 fron $100.000 to $125.000.

MODiflCATION NO. 2 TO STATEMENT OF WORK i
FOR TASK ORDER NO. 15 l
UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-95 065 lhe Statement of Work is modified according to the following.
Section 3.0, Workscope Task la.
As directed by the technical monitor, the contractor shall categorize and sungnarize the conrnents of the NRC's Advisory Congnittee on the Medical Uses of Isobpes (ACMul) meeting held in September 1997. The NRC has already provided the contractor with a copy of the transcript from this meeting.
The contractor will provide the information to the NRC in the form of a draft and final NUREG report.

The NRC has already provided the contractor with a copy of the transcript from this meeting.
The contractor will provide the information to the NRC in the form of a draft and final NUREG report.
Section 4.0. Deliverables and Schedules Tasks la and Ib Categorize and summarize the comments from both the ACMul and the NRC All Agreement States meetings in the form of a draft and final NUREG report.
Each of the reports should be completed in draft within 30 days of the acceptance of this proposed modification and in final form approx,imately two weeks after the contractor receives the NRC comments on the draft documents.
Section 7.0. Travel The contractor will travel to Philadelphia. PA in October and to Chicago, IL in November to attend the public meetings held in those locations.
