This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. T. Abney of your staff and myself concerning a meeting,- at your request, which has been scheduled for December 5,1997, at 10:00 a.m., EST. The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II Office, 61 Forsyth Street SW, 24th Floor.
