After a review of the registration of the Chem-Nuclear cask (CNS-14-170) and a telecon with your office on June 10, 1986, it has been noted that you do not have the registration letter of March 14, 1983.
We had never received the Nuclear Regulatory Commission acknowledgement letter of that registration.
We have contacted Chem-Nuclear and they had received the registration letter.
Enclosed is a copy of that letter and also a new registration letter for USA /9079/A cask.
