In accordance with Section G.5, Task Order Procedures, of the subject contract, this letter definittles Task Order No. 7. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the technical proposal dated December 10,1997, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
The period of performance for Task Order No. 7 is January 27,1998 through June 26,1998.
The total cost ceiling for the task order is $43,873. The amount of $40,823 represents the total reimbursable costs and the amount of $3,050 represents the fixed fee.
