Pod # 8 Con # NRC-04-96-041 CONTINUATION LAGE The purpose of this modification is to (1) increase the contract ceiling by $92,182 from $1,239,880 to 1,332,062; (2) incor? orate a within scope change to Task 2 in accordance with the attacled statement of work and the contractor's technical proposal dated January 22, 1998; (3)' provide 'incremontal funding in the amount of $50,000 and-(4-) extend..

Accordingly, the contract is modified as follows:
1.) Under Section B.3.,
" Consideration and obligation -- Cost Plus Fixed Fee," ?arapeaphs a, e and f are deleted in their entirety and
,freplaced wit:tthe.:,ollowing:
"a.
The total estimated cost to the Government for full performance of this contract is $1,332,062.00 of which the sum of $1,256,932.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and of which $75,130.00 represents the fixed fee, e.
The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract $1,260,441.00, f.
It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover parformance through August 14, 1998."
i 2.) Section C, " Statement of Work" is revised to include the revisions to Task 2, as set forth in the attached statement of work.
3.) The first sentence in the paragraph under Section F,6.,
" Duration of Contract Period (Mar 1987), Alternate 2 (Mar 1987) is deleted in its entirety'and replaced with the following:
"This contract shall commence on 11/13/95 and will expire on 12/31/98."
A summary of obligations for this contract, from award date through the date of this action, is given below*
