Subjects Arctic Slope Inspection Services A Joe Vigman should call you tomorrow.
He had questions about a proposed name/ organization change with this company. Apparently, they want to break apart into two companies---ASCG Inspection Services, which would be for.all radiography operations not involving the pipeline, and Arctic Slope Inspection Services, Inc. (current name) which would work on accounts for Alyeska Pipeline exclusively.
We discussed 30.34 and Information Notici 89-25.
I faxed him copies of those. We also discussed the possibility of a joint-ventureand the need for-a written description of what the management was proposing.
I referred him to you because he was getting pretty detailed in his questions.
Joe is a contractor for this company who was recently hired on 4 full-time basis.
They are considering him as Corporate RSO, or something lik6 that.
He isn't listed on the license, as yet.
