MODIFICATION NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 037 UNDER CONTRACT NUMBER NRC-03-98-021
Dear Ms. Beckman:
1 The purpose of this modification is to change the Key Personnel under the subject task order from Mr. Robert DeFayette to Mr. Donald Beckman, as requested in Contractor's e-mail dated 01/22/99, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Accordingly, the task order is modified as follows:
"The following individual is considered to be essential to the successful performance of work under this task order: Mr. Donald Beckman. The Contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the effort under the task order without compliance with Contract Clause H.4., Key Personnel."
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $17,949.57.
