Dear ~Mr. Matthews:
Our office is in receipt of Revision C of the Remedial Action Inspection Plan
{RAIP) for the Ambrosia Lake, New Mexico. Uranium Mill Tailings Remedial Action (UMTRA) Project Site, submitted by your office by letter dated February 13, 1991.
The revisions to the RAIP adequately reflect the changes you committed
.to by letter. dated December 11, 1990, regarding the placement moisture of the buttress fill..We have determined that the RATP addresses the necessary-inspection activities to support the remedial action design and specifications for the Ambrosia Lake site, and therefore concur in the document.
If you have any questions, please contact D. L. Jacoby of my staff on FTS 776-2805 before March 11, 1991, or on FTS 554-5000 after March 11, 1991.
