CHANGES TO THE RIVER BEND EMERGENCY PLAN
Dear Mr. McGaha:
This letter acknowlodges receipt of your letter dated July 25,1997, which transmitted Revision 15 to the River Bend Emergency Plan, submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
Based on your determination that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your emergency plan and *.:, it continues to meet the standards of 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of Appe..x E to 10 CFR Part 50, NRC appre* a'is not required. Implemantation of these changes will be subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
