VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY RURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 ANDJESI NORTH. ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 AND ISFSl PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN REVISION 3 Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p) and 10 CFR 72.186 (b), Virginia Electric and Power Company submits the enclosed Physical Security Plan for Surry and North Anna Power Stations and the associated independent Spent Fuel Storage Installations (ISFSis). This plan revision became effective January 29,1998. A description and justification for the changes are also enciosed.
We have determined that these changes do not decrease the safeguards ehectiveness of the plan.
The enclosed material contains Safeguards information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
