Enclosed are the latest issues of five recently revised and two recently changed
. Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50. These changes were reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54 requirements and were determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
Included in this submittal are the following procedures:

EP-001-020 (Revision 24), Alert. This revision reformatted the procedure and deleted obsolete references.
2.
EP-001-G30 (Revision 23), Site Area Emergency. This revision reformatted the procedure and deleted obsolete references.
3.
EP-001-040 (Revision 24), General Emergency. This revision reformatted the procedure and deleted obsolete references.
4.
EP-002-071 (Revision 14), Site Protective Measures. This revision reformatted the procedure and deleted obsolete references.

EP-002-030 (Revision 7, Change 1), Emergency Radiation Exposure Guidelines & Controls. This change replaced Thermoluminescent Dosimetry /
Exposure Identification (TLD/EID) numbers with badge numbers to be consistent with Radiation Protection practices.

EP-002-060 (Revision 21, Change 1), Radiological Field Monitoring. This change replaced TLD/EID numbers with badge numbers to be consistent with Radiation Protecan practices.
