Dear Mr. O'Hanlon:

On November 13. 1997, the NRC forwarded the final report related to the inspection of the Category 1 Service Water Reservoir (SWR) Dam conducted at the North Anna Power Station in February 1997.

In the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) report (Enclosure 2 to the November 13 letter), sheets 17 and 18 were inadvertently omitted. We are forwarding these two sheets which may be inserted into the report.
