In a telephone conversation with Ms. Carol Ann Reed of my staff on January 8,1999, you clarified your request to be for re.ords regarding fatalities and injuries requiring hospitalization resulting from nuclear related incidents within the last five In ars at the commercial power plants in California. The staff's search failed to locate any records.
