- REACTORS AS A DRAFT REGULATORY GUIDE I have attached a revised copy of the " Standard Format and Content of a License Termination Plan for Power Reactors." The document was initially issued as an intemal draft in -
May 1996, and all comments were incorporatei As a result of the revised site specific radio!ogical criteria for license termination effective August 20,1997, the document was revised. Because of the extensive changes made to the draft guide because of the comments provided and the revised site specific radiological criteria, the document was reissued for -
internal comments on December 30,1997. The attached document incorporates comments that were provided. We are requesting that this document be issued as a draft Regulatory Guide.
