FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR 1997, MILLSTONE NUCLEAR POWER STATION RADIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS EXERCISES
Dear Mr. Bowling:
Enclosed is a letter from Mr. Jeffrey Bean, Regional Director, FEMA Region I, dated December 29,1997, transmitting the FEMA report for the subject exercises. The enclosed report contains the results of the August 8,1997 full-participation plume pathway exercise and the October 8 - 10,1997 Ingestion pathway exercise.
There were no deficiencies identified during either esercise. However, ten Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCAs) were identified. Please provide assistance to offsite officials to address and resolve the identified items, as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
