Enclosed is export license application XSNM3815, dated July 6, 2020, received by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission from TAM International Inc. The application requests the export of 9,025 kilograms (kg) of low enriched uranium hexafluoride (UF6), which contains up to 403 kgs of U-235, to Russia.
Assurances from Russia that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation, are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
Please note that the material has Russian obligations.
