Modification No.- 3 to Task Order No,16(G) Under Contract No. NRC-02-96-004 lhis confirms verbal authorization provide to Sharon Rowe on October 29, 1997, from Deborah Neff, to coninence work under this subject modification on November 1.1997 with a temporary ceiling of $5.000.
The purpose of this modification is to:
(1) extend the period of performance through December 31. 1997. in accordante with the contractor's technical proposal dated September 26, 1997 which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this task order, and d) increase the task order ceiling and obli0ated amounts by $15,817.19 from $26,219 to $42.036.19.
Accordingly, the task order is hereby modified as follows:
The first sentence, second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 16(G) shall be in effect from March 31. 1997 through December 31, 1997 with a cost ceiling of $4?.036.19.
The amount of
$39,415.10 represents the total estimated reimbursable -costs, and amount of $732.09 represents the cost of facility capital, and the amount of
$1.889 represents the fixed fee.
The amount currently obligated is
$42,036.19."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
