Task Order No. 5. Modification No. 3 Under Contract No. NRC-04 50 Entitled " Individual Plant Examination of External Events (IPEEE) Submittal Reviews of Group 3 Nuclear Power Plants"
Dear Dr. Khatib-Rahbar:
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance at no additional cost through December 31. 1998.
Task Order No. 5 is hereby modified as follows:
Item 2. of modification no. 2 dated February 7,1997 is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"The period of performance for Task Orde.' No..c is May 5,1995 through December 31, 1998."
A summary of obligations for this task order, from award date through the date of this modification is given below:
-Total FY94' Obligation Amount $134,266.83 Total FY97 Obligation Amount $180.000.00 Cumulative Total of NRC Obligations: $314.260.83 This modification does not obligate funds.
All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. 5 remain the same.
