Dear Mr. Athey:
The purpose of this modification is to obligate FY 98 funds in thereby ircteissing the obligated amount the amount of $61,745.00, a

This action fully funds Task Order No.
3.
Accordingly, the subject task order is hereby modified as follows:
The third paragraph of the definitization letter dated, May 17, 1996, is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is $266,745.00.
The amount of $246,986.00 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$19,759.00 represents the fixed fee."
