Enclosed are three recently revised Waterford 3 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures. This submittalis being made in accordance with Appendix E of 10CFR50 and 10CFR50.4(b)(5). These revisions were reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) requirements and were determined not to decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan.
Included in this submittal are the following procedures:

EP-004-010 (Revision 7), Toxic Chemical Contingency Procedure.

EP-004-020 (Revision 6), Backup EOF Operation During A Toxic Chemical Emergency.
