' TECHNICAL AGSISTANCE FOR NRC'S DAM SAFETY PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION"
Dear Mr. Orszak:
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess FY92 funds in the amount of $21,000.00 under the subject interagency Agreement, thereby decreasing the obligated amount from
$150,684.00 to $129,684.00. Accordingly, the followin0 changes are hereby made:
Article IV, Estimated Cost and Obligation, paragraph 1, sentence number 3, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the folKMing:
"The amount presently obligated for this interagency Agreement is $129,684.00.'
