Dear Mr. Chappell:
Pursuant to the sale on November 21,1997, of its intellectual properties and assets (associated with its NUHOMS@ technolody) to Transnuclear, Inc. (TN), VECTRA Technologics, Inc. herewith notifies the NRC of its intent to transfer its Certi:. ate of Compliance (COC) referenced above from VECTRA to TN.
Other aspects of _ the COC transfer as pertains to the recipient's regulatory commitments, confirmation of documentation receipt, and schedule for formal request for COC transfer will be addressed by Transnuclear in its corresponding notification letter.
