Based on available infomation, there are excess funds remaining under this contract.
Tnerefore, the purpose of this modification is to decrease the contract amount and the
- t. mount obligated by the Comission, as follows:
Article IV - Compensation for Services, paragraph B. is hereby modified to read as follows:

The ceiling price to the Government for perfomance of the work specified in Article I is reduced from $214,328.00 by $45,223.86 to $169,104.14.
As a result of this action total funds obligated under this contract are decreased by
