This concurrence will follow after all locations for radon barrier material have been selected, j

the soil properties tested, the design finalized considering these actual soil properties, and the design submitted for approval.

Placement of radon barrier should not proceed prior to our concurrence in the design.

Completion of this review and concurrence will be necessary before material is transported, or I

otherwise disposed of, from the processing site.

Mill Area Windblown Tailings Subcontract, LVK-4, Final Design for Review, May, 1986. Concurrence on this item should be completed prior to any cleanup of windblown tailings in the area of the processing site.
