Please refer to our letter of May 23, 1986 which transmitted to you a request by Transnuclear, Inc., to amend License XSNM02241 to increase the quantity of material authorized for export against that license by 52.5 Kgs of total uranium.

In a letter dated June 30, 1986, Transnuclear advised that 46.5 Kgs of this material will be in the form of metal and 6;0 Kgs will be in the form of UF -
