Name Change I confirmed with Anthony Kirkwood that the distributor name changes to IDS and address stays the same. Kirkwood's 12/10/98 conversation record refers to the name and address change of the manufacturer. Kirkwood has been handling contacts with the licensee since the change also relatas to the license.
