The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Region 11, Office of investigations initiated this investigation on September 17,1996, to determine if the Tennessee Valley Authority e,nployees were discriminated against for testifying on behalf of another employee at a Department of Labor hearing.

Based on interviews of the employees, it is determined there is not sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation of discrimination.
