This refers to the meeting conducted in the Region IV office on January 22-23,1998. This meeting related to review of drei examinations for the February 1998 operator license retake written examinations. V/e have concluded that this meeting was beneficialin understanding the construction of your examinations and provided us an opportunity to explain our concems with specific test items, in accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
