NRC/ FEMA STEERING COMMITTEE MINUTES The minutes for the NRC/ FEMA Steering Committee meeting held at FEMA Headquarters on December 16,1997, are attached for yourinformation. One of the items discussed at the meeting was the budget problem potentially affecting FEMA's ability to observe biennial exercises in the latter part of FY98. Since the meeting we have been informed by FEMA that it appears there will be sufficient resources to support the biennial exercise program for the
] remainder of FY98.
