Holonich, on November 21,1997.- The purpose of this guidance is to provide the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff with specific direction to be applied in the course of the license termination process for Uranium Mill Tailings Radiation Control Act of 1978 (UMTRCA) Title ll sites.
